Inspired by Bakisto Inspired by Bakisto
Came across this scene while wandering the tulip fields of Holland. The painter was so focused it seemed he didn't even notice I was there.
The setting sun gave such a nice warm atmosphere to everything.

Wow was not expecting i'd ever get a DD. I'm so proud, and I owe the dA community a huge thank you for supporting me!

Showcasing both portraiture in all of its spontaneous glory coupled with nature, again in wonderful glory...Inspired by *Bakisto is inspiring to many artists of many mediums. ( Suggested by TiaVon and Featured by Kaz-D )

I imagine this man is out there almost every day painting; capturing natural beauty is a very zen pastime for retirees (it looks like?)
Interesting that you captured him capturing it! There's definitely a very calming sense to this photo from that, and yet with such vibrant colours and sense of visual motion.

Despite the bright flowers, it seems like the painting itself glows even brighter; maybe to do with the angle towards the sun and the darker tones surrounding it- it really becomes the focus of the painting, making it seem like all of the flower rows are being pulled towards it rather than retreating into the distance. I think that may be part of what makes this piece so engaging- where most images with strong perspective convergence like this pull the eye away into the distance and nothingness, this brings us IN.

Great framing, focus, and an all around great shot!

I'm not the biggest sucker for beautiful art, but there are exceptions. This is one example.

The vision is amazing. It really captured all the scenery.

This kind of art is done alot, but it still is original. Just can't explain it.

Remember in the beginning that I said this one stood out? That's what I say here. The scenery you chose to do it in, and the are was very well done.

The overall impact for me was amazing. Not fully, but most.

Overall, with something nice to look at, I can say you did a job well done. Keep it up!
